However, this guy has First tier and Second tier Midwestern offers and leaves for a Third tier Southern offer. That happens way too much. Look at the comments above. UK has been working pretty hard to get this kid, more than any program in the Big Ten. Ohio State was a non-commitable offer. If Nebraska (or another Big Ten) steps up their recruitment and actually gets Snodgrass to visit their campus, he may be willing to take another program into consideration.
