GSG
Why everyone freaking out? All I heard yesterday on the news is that it got pushed back until noon or later. Look at your clocks My sun dial doesn't work very well with this cloud cover Quote Link to comment
RedRedJarvisRedwine
Isn't this yesterday's snowfall forecast? Quote Link to comment

Look at your clocks No ones freaking out, we all know it's going to snow. And probably quite a bit, but the really heavy snow we were supposed to get stayed south and east of us. That's what everyone is talking about. Quote Link to comment
4skers89
I think this map shows snow totals. http://www.weather.com/weather/map/interactive/?lat=32&lon=-85&layers=0093&baseMap=h&_rd=n&zoom=5 Quote Link to comment

huskeraddict
I don't doubt we'll get some snow here. But as has been mentioned several times, the air is so dry that any snow will have to be pushed up here by the winds, borne along on the storm itself. It won't be able to use pre-existing air moisture. Quote Link to comment

T_O_Bull
And I'm smack in the middle of that 12-18 part. Got 4 wheel drive? Enjoy your day off. T_O_B We're here at work. Wife's factory lettin out at 11:30. We're gone at noon. 4 wheel drive, '87 chevy with lockers on both ends. I'm takin the 5 year old to go play a little. Have fun ACT. Winers aren't anywhere like they used to be. No where near as much snow. Used to make a lot of money, relative to the year, shoveling snow in the neighborhood. T_O_B Quote Link to comment
ADS
Jim Cantore@JimCantore It appears we will be dry slotted here in Lincoln, NE. This will drastically reduce our snowfall totals Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
And while Lincoln is getting dry slotted, we're gettin the heaviest bands yet, and it looks to be spinnin back over the top of us. I've got 6-8 inches of non-drifted snow already in my yard. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Couple of pics of the snow from Drew Soukup, "amateur photographer." Notable in the first pic is the fact that you should be able to see all of Lincoln to the east there, but instead you see a veiled shot of the East Stadium seats. Visibility has plummeted in the last couple of hours. @DrewSoukup On top of West Stadium looking over to the east. And one looking toward the Haymarket from atop West Stadium: Quote Link to comment
T_O_Bull
Hasn't started here yet. T_O_B Quote Link to comment
tschu
Dry slotted? That sounds like a female sexual disorder Quote Link to comment
