Brouhaha
It sounds like Lavonte is continuing his rise as one of the best young linebackers in the league. http://tbo.com/list/...-heat-20130806/ Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
No surprise here. Quote Link to comment
ADS
Maybe the best LB we've seen here in the last 10 years, an amazing player. Quote Link to comment

robsker
like others have said... this is not surprising. David had (and has) it all. Speed, quickness, great anticipation, excellent angles, great tackling skills, fantastic focus/effort/intensity. The sky is the limit for him. Expect an all-pro season from him. Quote Link to comment
Hoosker
In my lifetime (22 years), I've never seen a linebacker that had better instincts that Lavonte. He always found the ballcarrier, always finished the play, and had the speed and quickness to cover receivers. Not to mention he never said a negative thing about his teammates/coaches or got into trouble off the field. Quote Link to comment

ADS said that David was the best LB in the last 10 years. I was trying to remember back that far as to who was the last "great" one. WIlliams came to mind. Couldn't really think of anyone after him until David. Quote Link to comment
