Roxy15
I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard I felt the answer in my heart, Although he spoke no word. I didn't ask for wealth or fame I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind. I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to send your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small But it was for his loving care I prayed the most of all. 1 Quote Link to comment

EbylHusker
Let's face it, if you're not making 10x the amount of food you need to feed the people attending, you're just not doing Thanksgiving right. Quote Link to comment

EbylHusker
??? It is just the 2 of us...there will be plenty of food. and I am doing Thanksgiving right for us:) Oy, it was a joke (with a hint of truth about how much most people consume on Thanksgiving). If you ever read one of my posts and go, "Hmm, not sure if serious..." then you can bet 99.37% of the time it's not serious, or at least tongue n cheek. Quote Link to comment

Roxy15
I didn't mean no harm and am sorry. Just was a little stressed out thinking about my family who all despise me and was worn out getting cleaning the house and getting ready for Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey and stuff turned out great and I am going to be lazy today. Plus our tv went out so had to get a rental tv until it gets fixed, which will take 1-2 weeks. We only had the tv a little over a year. The warranty had worn out. We won't be getting anything from that store again. Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving:) Quote Link to comment
