Make this list in 1998 and NU moves up to the 1-3 spots. We were hot just as Bama is hot now. I think we should be in front of OU and Florida is also too high IMHO. Texas is the best job in college football - Barry Switzer once said it is the best in all of football including NFL - resources, recruits and riches (boasters and allum) all there in your back yard
