wiuhusker
Looking at our remaining schedule there's no reason we shouldn't be able to get to at least 16-8 in conference. I had us only winning 1 @ MSU, taking 2 from Illinois at home and sweeping PSU. Quote Link to comment
Hooked on Huskers
Whats the best, Baseball America, Coaches or NCBWA polls? I noticed Nebraska got a few votes in NCBWA poll. BTW, UCLA (22-19 NR) was national champs last year (CWS) Quote Link to comment

Danny Bateman
Can't quote due to being on tablet (will not quote other posts for some reason), but is that final series at Haymarket or @ Illinois? You said both teams were home for that series. Quote Link to comment

hskrfan4life
I updated the standings after this weekends games. Indiana has clinched at least a share of the regular season Big 10 title. In order for Nebraska to clinch a share as well we need to sweep Illinois AND Indiana needs to be swept by Minnesota. Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
I updated the standings after this weekends games. Indiana has clinched at least a share of the regular season Big 10 title. In order for Nebraska to clinch a share as well we need to sweep Illinois AND Indiana needs to be swept by Minnesota. Seriously doubt Minnesota will help us out like that, unfortunately. If we clinch second place, though, 37-18 or 38-17 with a RPI in the high 30s/low 40s (after we play Illinois) should clinch us a spot in the NCAA tourney. From that point on, we'll be playing for tourney positioning, and a possible (non-Super) regional. Would love to win the B1G Tourney though, but having great horseraces like what we had this season between Indiana, Illinois, and DoNU only help make baseball relevant again in the B1G.
