DrinkinwitTerrellFarley
Now yall have to promise me to keep me posted and up to date with things going on in Nebraska once Stanley leaves I thought you were coming up to Lincoln and bringing tasty Creole cuisine to the Beef state? :-) We will support that too along with your son as a 'Husker. I'd be in heaven munching on a crawfish po' boy with some boudin balls and "If I Ever Cease to Love" playing in the background. Quote Link to comment

As for crawfish, we are stuck with frozen at best in the stores next to the alligator bites, lol. Possibly "Jazz" or "Shucks Fish House and Oyster Bar" in Omaha probably has the best, but it's mediocre even compared to "Boudreaux Louisiana Seafood" in St. Joseph's, MO, which in my opinion is the best in the area. Beignets and Chicory (coffee) Yum! There's a fairly new New Orleans food truck in Omaha from a Crescent city native I've been meaning to try too. Maybe there's good NOLA vibes because they just announced Galactic is coming in June too. I'm excited. Quote Link to comment
