Mavric
Seems like there will be some decent conversation about this guy and he'll likely get an offer so I went ahead and made a profile to keep the discussion together. I'll move it into the 2017 forum if when he gets an offer. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Apparently it's five-star Shon Mitchell of Chesapeake, Virginia. Second time visiting - he has family in Nebraska. Quote Link to comment

Warrior10
Only 5'11.... Yikes5"11 as a sophomore could easily be 6'2+ by the time he got here. 1 Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
Apparently it's five-star Shon Mitchell of Chesapeake, Virginia. Second time visiting - he has family in Nebraska. His highlights show deep, vertical passing and some ability to scrabble out of the pocket. More variety in his highlights would be nice to evaluate how he looks with short-to-intermediate, fade, and out routes and check-downs. Quote Link to comment
Treand3
Think considering his talent and connections there needs to be an offer. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
I would think this would be one to take a chance on as well. Get in the door early. By then we could take a couple QBs if needed. Quote Link to comment

Treand3
That's the sentiment amongst the recruiting heads as well. Quote Link to comment

jsneb83
“At Oregon State they ran a pro style offense I could tell based on some packages that they were kind of bringing that over to Nebraska,” he said. “They are still going to utilize Tommy Armstrong’s athletic ability. I can tell that by watching practice too. I can tell that pro style is where they’re going to go. If it comes down to it and they shoot an offer out there and I could definitely see myself there because at Oscar Smith we run a multiple offense and pro style is something I’m definitely comfortable with.” Quote Link to comment
