Is I-Back still the glamor position of Nebraska?

Great parts about history of the program and the change that Nebraska is going through. Second time that we have been on rivals.com in the last 2 weeks. People are starting to notice that the Huskers ARE BACK!!!

I question that Dave...last year certain linemen were getting plenty of talk about them, but in the 'wrong' light. I know what you're saying, though

 

This year these guys should really be able to shine, though. The offensive glamour positions can only shine when the big boys are doing their jobs

The biggest thing for us is how good the line will be this year. If they do not produce I see Glenn getting the starting position because he can run people over. But if the O-line gives Lucky the holes that he needs, I think that we are looking at a descent year at our ground game.

no, what i think he is really saying is we need a good o line........no matter who carries the ball.....but obviously Cody would hit up on the inside with a little more authority than some of the other backs.....as we all know, that's his style.........

I think the QB could be the one position those outside of the Husker Nation focus on the most. Don't get me wrong, the I-Back has to produce in order for the WCO to thrive, but the QB is the one getting the attention these days. If Taylor throws for say, 25 TD's and 2500 yds.... he'll be the man in Lincoln.
