most teams run man defense the closer you get to the goal line.  We need to be running more motion with crossing routes if they aren't going to power it in.  Even tho its not spread out its easy for guys to get lost in traffic down there.

I think they practiced outside - at least he seemed to be in a good mood? Parker probably helped, he really did catch Frost off guard with the question about his aviators.
