huskernumerouno
So is anyone in Williamsport going to check this out, or do they believe this kid is legit. I am sure if he was legal last year he would be legal this year, Good question has anyone really checked. Quote Link to comment
GSG
Apparently his Dad is one of the coaches. A guy I work with watched him play. He said he's nothing but big. He's slow and not really that great of a player. Quote Link to comment
AgMarauder04
He;s moving to Houston after the series Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
Shaq was 6'6" at his age. And as I recall, Ralph Sampson was at least that tall at that age. Bet the kid ends up well over seven feet... Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I bet you this kid is one clumsey S.O.B. he hasn't had time to catch up with the growth?! Quote Link to comment
StuckinChicago
whatever... when he hits 12'6'' tall, just have him stand infront of the goal posts and block kicks... We can find a way to use him Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Saudi Arabia had to be the tallest average height team in the tourney with one of the other kids who pitched and played outfield at 6'3". These players are mostly the kids of oil company workers. You wonder if BP and Texaco were using their extra billion dollar profits to scour the globe for workers with athletic bloodlines? BIGREDIOWAN
Or injecting them with some secret oil compound that causes this kids to get freakisly huge!!!! Quote Link to comment
Licensed to Ill
I used to play select ball, ever since I was 8 to the time I was 14. Anyways this one year we made it to the USSSA World Series. One of the teams we played (forgot where they were from) had this kid who looked just like that. 6-8, 250 ish. He bombed like, 3 homeruns over the fence, over a hill, and into the damn parking lot (real fences, not Little League BS with those flight restricted balls as well). Â Anyways, the kid went on 'Ripleys believe it or Not' about a year after that. He's was taller than Kobe at about 12. Quote Link to comment
