They are pretty slow getting up to speed. I wasn’t super impressed but then again half the guys that played or more were-walkons. Dowdell reminds me of Imani Cross.

Dang that sucks. Would have been the home run hitter that we needed. Is it me or does all of our rb's look slow? Even Dante Dowdell didn't look fast on his td run. Looks like our running back may have some athleticism but overall speed it seems HH is faster then the whole room which is very telling.

Illinois lost the series to Maryland which is HUGE for everyone. Indiana won. Purdue is up 4-2 over Northwestern. Nebraska needs both these games if they hope to remain in 2nd place Monday. Conference leaders (Illinois & Purdue) will be 11-4 following play today. Michigan & Indiana are 10-5. Nebrask is currently 9-4, sweep and we're in first with 3 weeks left. Yep, sounds good but in all honesty, just win the series and the rest will work itself out. James Williams probably would have had at least 3 sacks if QB were live. 2 and a holding call for sure. He uses his hands really well and he gets low and dips his shoulder very nicely. One play he dipped and ripped and #71 basically had him in a headlock and he was still able to get to the QB. Would have been a holding call (especially if he didn't play for Nebraska). He needs to be on the field for every 3rd down and 5+ to go.

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I wouldn't be surprised if HH is the starter game 1.

New big man

People aged 15-25 want something to be excited about. Sometimes it’s a legitimate thing that the old people don’t have enough energy to get excited about. Sometimes it’s a stupid thing. The hard thing here is the Israel government is s#!tty in multiple ways right now, but the area they are attacking is governed by terrorists and the protestors are being insanely hyperbolic. They want a ceasefire or a permanent end, but ignore the details. E.g. Hamas has not agreed to release the hostages in exchange for a ceasefire.

He would be the most dynamic back we had. Not an every down guy but home run & space threat a lot of big ten linebackers couldn’t keep up with. I’m pretty down on the RB room. If something happens to E. Johnson we will not be in good shape. Everyone is average to below average with the new additions to the conference.
