I know most folks think that beauty pageants are a waste of time but we’re so proud of Miss Nebraska-Sarah Summers who won the Miss USA pageant. This was the first time a candidate from Nebraska has won. This young woman is a graduate of my city’s high school and attended the elementary I taught in. I watched the BTS Super Match between Burroughs and Chamizo. First, Jordan is a beast with that blast double, and he is so persistent and focused on winning. Second, you have to think the event coordinators could have done better with weather planning by having the mat under a canopy. Both wrestlers were sliding all over the place, but that made Jordan's double all the more impressive.
