Absolutely, Somewhere else I said the more of these guys we get to take advantage of the extra year of eligibility, the better. Our depth has been bad for a long time, and this might be exactly what we needed to try and get that turned around.

I in no way think it would happen, nor do I necessarily think it would be a good thing, but what a full circle it would be if he ended up finishing his career here after initially committing here, and then eventually going to Oregon, where I'm assuming Frost recruited him to.

Good points. I just like the idea of having as many back as possible. Especially since Covid really did do a number on our recruiting/depth, we need as many guys back as possible.

Sad about this. Ever since game 1 of the SF era, Bootle has been one of my favorites because of 1 play, I cant seem to find the clip but he completely blew up a lead blocker and I was so hyped. Honestly probably my favorite play from the last 3 years.

Just curious your reasoning to why 7-1 beats 5-0, but 5-0 beats 6-2? I mean 5-0 is still a better win percentage than 7-1, and on the flip side 6 wins is still more than 5 wins. I guess I'm just wondering your reasoning on that. BTW, either way I'm in the camp that OSU should be in the title game. Mostly just because not only have they not lost but they're clearly the best team in the conference. Also B1G botched this whole season completely. Right wrong or otherwise, OSU is probably the only team they would have changed the rules for, and they for sure would have never changed the rules if we were in the same situation.

If he can change the Trajectory of the program, Bring him in with no regards to what happens with the current quarterbacks in the program. We need to win some football games, and so far what we have hasn't been accomplishing that. Bring a guy in who can win you some games, and worry about the rest later. This thing has got to start trending in the right direction. Just my 2 cents

Same. Wishing I hadn't given up my season tickets when I moved away from Lincoln. A solid year this year and then add a 5 star next year and it might be tough to get tickets next season.

Kind of flipping back in the history book a little, and I'm not suggesting that every JUCO guy should turn out like this, I'm purely just curious. But does anyone happen to know or remember what the reason was for Lavonte David going the JUCO route out of high school? Because he was one of the guys who was most definitely ready for the D-1 ranks when he got there coming out of JUCO.
