      Not worth it! They will ask him to redo his deal within 3 years.

      He won a Super Bowl. To claim he wasn't worthy of an increase would be wrong. But Good Lord. This could potentially be the worst move they've made in awhile. If I had to rate NFL QBs 1-32 he probably wouldn't make the top 8 or 9.
