BTW, UNL is at the top of her list along with UW in Seattle. With her grades and test scores, she'll pretty much be able to go anywhere she wants (well, anywhere that offers enough scholarship money that is). She has a legitimate shot at free tuition anywhere in Colorado. That is why I'm trying to have her consider some closer options.

This woman I work with had a son graduate this year and win a Boettcher Scholarship. He is able to attend CU for free, along with a stipend. I think that even includes some grad school.

Never went to UNL... some of my larger family went there. Went to NWMSU which is good at football for D2. Went to like 2 games in 6 years. Nothing compares to Husker football for me and my family. Also was blessed that when I learned about football it was 1993 and I was 5... pretty awesome to start your fandom right around then. Locked it in for life.
