What season are you referring to? The last time we wore all-whites was 2007 against Colorado, losing 65-51, and finishing 5-7. There hasn't been another season in recent memory in which we've worn them unless you count the 2002 uniforms, which nobody does. You asked what happened the last time we wore normal uniforms. Which I assume you are referring to the last bowl game, which we lost. I just took it a step further and said that we wore normal uniforms for 13 of the 14 games last year. We went 9-4 in those games.

You're proving the irrationality of it in your post, "I liked them but if they would have lost, even though they won, if they would have lost it would have been the fault of the uniforms." And what? 8-4? What are you referring to? The season record minus the alt uni game for what happened with normal uniforms. Should have typed 9-4. Look I am neurotic when it comes to my superstitions. I was very nervous about the Wisc game. And the white uni's, although many years ago, still worry me. It's stupid, but I can't help it.

I think if the Husker D does good things this year, our chances are better than average. The uniforms are cool and all but no one in the PAC 12 is concerned about defense.

Yeah. I didn't think it was going to be this tight on time this time around that I would have a little extra time, but business calls. Maybe next time. I am a season ticket holder for UM Gopher football. I hope some of you nice folks make it up for the game this year and have a few cold ones before/during the game.

I would rather he be a silent commit for a while. As was mentioned in his thread, if he commits early, recruiting sites won't bother to evaluate him properly and he won't get any recognition. He should hold off verbally committing and let some other offers roll in. I know stars aren't everything, but it sure looks good at the end of the year for momentum. As I mentioned in Luke's thread, I completely argue with this. But, if he wants to be our 'flagship' recruit like Josh Banderas was, he can't be a silient recruit for long. I hope you meant agree. I get him mybe wanting to be the flagship commit, but the glaring difference between him and Banderas is that Banderas was already rated a 4 star player going into his Sr year. So he had some "clout" behind him. If we wanted to have the same thing happen this year, we need someone like Foster to commit first.

Too bad it wouldn't be next week. I will actually be traveling that way for business. I haven't been to Brewsky's in a long time. It would be interesting to meet a few of you that post on here.
