  1. Yes, I hope Benhart and Piper are really gaining size and strength so they can play next year. I agree that, for the most part, the issue hasn't been in Jurgen's blocking. And...this was probably his best game with snaps. So, probably his best game all year. What we don't know is how well he is making the line calls. Is some of the guard issues because he's not doing his job with the calls? No way for us to know.
  2. Wha???? This is all about opinions on issues. Politicians change their views from one you don't like to one you do like.
  3. We used 4 D linemen most of the Minnesota game.
  4. I honestly don't get why it's needed with any athlete at this level. These guys (even the walk-ons) have been very competitive guys all their lives and successful doing it. Why is it that all of a sudden when they get here....these talks are needed? This is why we have seen the same issues through 3-4 coaching staffs.
  5. I keep going back to the O line on this issue. I think it was Frost that said after the game that it's very disappointing to see our O line get pushed around like they did. He claims he saw them push iron in the weight room. It's not a strength issue. I believe him on that. So, that leaves technique or effort. Right now, I have to believe it's effort and the lack of effort is leading to bad technique. You have to go up to the line with the attitude you are going to kick the guy's a$$ across from you every play. I'm not seeing that. Now, obviously this doesn't apply to trying to block someone like Young from OSU. There hasn't been anyone that's been able to block him all year. But, when you see a guard get totally pancaked in a bull rush where he didn't hardly even slow down the defender......that's lack of effort that leads to lack of technique. I think this is what Frost is trying to get to by saying this to the team.
  6. Sad thing is.....there are about 35% of Americans that will believe the latest statement.
  7. Great....now at least you’re admitting you’re an idiot.
  8. So...Bolton is the whistle blower? wouldn't that be interesting?
  9. Ahhhh....I got caught. sad thing is, he’s dumb enough to do that.
  10. Wait.... so we stop protecting the Kurds. turkey attacks and the Kurds turn to Syria to save them. trump doesn’t like. idiot. ps....for some reason this site doesn’t automatically capitalize sentences anymore.
  11. A lot of people are testifying. We font know yet if anything will come of it. I remember thinking he would be nailed to the walk with the mueller report.
  12. Kathy Griffin. Not sure if it was 8 seconds before they had her condemned for such a horrific show of hatred.
  13. Yeah.... Warner is good but he’s been on the bench. sometimes I wonder if our receivers even know who they are supposed to block. There are times that two guys are blocking one guy and other defenders are killing our ball carrier behind the line.
  14. I think we know the answer to this.
  15. We’re at full employment. We’re rounding up people who want jobs and to work. and.....dumb a$$ thinks he’s going to grow the economy at a rate of 5-6%.
  16. Trump’s man crush just got stronger.
  17. Great. I've said all along our O line is a problem and some in the interior was a problem. The post you seemed to think you needed to dredge back up to make some odd point was specifically about one player that was NOT the problem in the first couple of games. For some reason, you seemed to think you needed to go back with an "AHHH GOTCHA" moment with my post that was a pathetic attempt. There was no "blanket statement" by me or implied in my response to you. Now...we agree with the issue at hand now. Let's move on.
  18. I'm right there with you. My dog has looked at me scared to death many times this year thinking I'm yelling at her to "RUN".
  19. I honestly think that defenses are selling out to cover these because they know our QB isn't going to have time to find the deep passes. So, they cover the deep routes one on one and leave the safeties up close to cover crossing routes and help in the run game. This entire system is breaking down because of the horrible pass pro. There's also enough defenders close to the line that once our QBs start to scramble, they can be brought down for little or no gain.
