Well, just between us few posters... I feel FSU is the most overrated team...one solid win against Notre dame who played terrible against Purdue/North Carolina...and plays in a terrible conference...but shhhh don't tell anyone because I'm sure they'd like to stay #1

Bo should not be fired...atleast this year. He got a contract extension last year, and you know the AD would rather coerce him to make changes in his staff then fire an employee who would make so money...with said, I don't think BO should be fired. He has done a better job relating and being honest to the fans/media this year and he's done a better job recruiting, so all that say he needs to be fired needs to slow their role.

Although, I do believe that it is ridiculous that some think that the ACC is a better conference than the Big TenJust to point out an interesting little thing I've noticed... Last year, on any given Saturday during football season, I could catch at least three or four BTN games on BTN2GO or the BTN channel. This year started the same way, and people were saying our conference ducked and we'd never make it to the playoff... then something happened. Three or four BTN games each week have been shown on ABC/ESPN/2/U. Starting around week 5 or 6. Now, all of a sudden, the talking heads on ESPN are saying and writing articles about how MSU or tOSU and maybe Nebraska could make it to the playoff if one of those teams wins out. Hmmm... intersting coincidence. I see your point I think you think I'm saying something negative about the Big Ten coverage. I am not. I think, like you've stated, we've gotten more coverage in recent weeks then past. However, while I honestly think the SEC is clearly the best conference, the Big Ten not far behind the others that are declared "tough" conferences, such as the Big 12, Pac 10, ACC. In fact, I believe the ACC is the worst conference. Thus, I should say I'm not opposed by how much coverage we are receiving, but I am opposed by how much another conference is getting given they are not very good as well (i.e. The ACC)

Yes, that's how teams, not fans, become great. Fans aren't part of the competition. We blew out Rutgers, and the coach says there's a lot of stuff that needs to be worked on still. Teams have to keep grinding at it, week to week. That's what our team is going to do. What more can you really ask? If your position is that fans should not be happy unless every game is literally perfect, you aren't living in reality. Is there stuff to nitpick, improvements you can point out, etc, after a game like this? Sure. But you're on a "Fire Beck" trip and we're gonna need you to come back down to sanity, Count I agree with you with almost everything they you've said here and on your previous post. However, I don't think I've seen many people call for Beck's head after today's game as he called a decent game. With that said, has Beck been known in the past to try to do too much? Yes. As you have stated, I don't think at this point you can fire Beck at this point. Nevertheless, would I be sad to see Beck take a different job as a HC? No. He is one of the highest paid OC, and I think some of that money can be used elsewhere (i.e. maybe for a full-time QB coach). In total, I agree with your analysis though that we should not be complaining after a near 3 td victory where we dominated the game

It was a little low but hardly to where Tommy shouldn't catch it. The one earlier was on Pelini, this one was on Tommy. Center should snap the ball to the quarterback's chest. There is no reason the quarterback should even have to go low to catch the ball.

I believe if Tommy is given time in the pocket...he'll give any defense fits...he threw very well when given time.like most, if mot all, quarterbacks?......Eh...not all...he played one of his best games tonight passing the ball IMO though...He still can't throw screens and struggles with swing passes. But yeah probably his best all around passing game so far. I think a screen pass to our running back every once in awhile would be much more effective then the WR screen, which is over used
