A lot of the demeanor you saw in Bo's last season was a result of his relationship with his boss and the frustration coming out on Saturdays. What is that makes you think Riley is going to magically produce a winning product in his last few years as a head coach? Answer this please.

Oh so it's unreasonable to make direct comparisons to other situations, but somehow it's reasonable to pretend like 6 games is enough of a data set to make comprehensive evaluations? no but an entire coaching career at multiple levels is. What makes you think that in the last 1-5 years of Riley's coaching career he is suddenly going to become a great coach?

In a sentence, I'd say it's the coaching transition. I'm not really interested in assigning blame. We Husker fans have been doing that pretty well for 15 years and how's that working out for us? Maybe, for a change, our team just needs a little bit of peace from us so they can figure out who and what they want to be. Ok ok ok if that's what you want to tell yourself. Fine. But we can agree that it is the worst coaching transition this program has witnessed in quite some time. Like half a century. Which also might allow us to draw the conclusion that maybe this coaching transition is one that is leading the program in the wrong direction. Idk it's just logic though.

some people are taking it to the extreme to be critical of the coaches, and are very frugal on cheering for the team right now. I think when you find yourself completely baffled by the lack of competence. Especially after last week. It's hard to see this thing turning in the right direction. This staff gets payed a lot of money. A whole lot. Mike Riley will make 2.7 million dollars this year. He is 9 months(roughly) into his contract so he's made roughly 2 mil already. Has he earned it yet in your eyes? Not in mine. Not even close brother. Coaching like that is unacceptable.
