  1. HOLY SMOKES! We are running the football with big backs inside the red zone! This is awesome! Would still like to see Jano score.
  2. OK! Please no turnovers here...lets keep running it!
  3. I highly enjoy that we are running the football, a lot.
  4. Great play calling insnide the red zone. Big TD. Now lets get a stop on D.
  5. Rosen, a freshman and UCLA team speed is too much for us. Riley's Oregon State teams beat UCLA...... Just figured these coaches coming from the same conference as the Bruins, seeing them for multiple years, would be able to be better prepared for this with Nebraska's talent. But maybe we simply don't have the talent..I don't know. I just want to start winning again.
  6. What's the countdown to the 2017 kickoff? I think that is the season I am more excited about.
  7. you know what is concerning about this. Riley has seen Jim Mora Jr's UCLA team for how many years? This should be nothing new. In fact, you would like to think he would fair better vs the Bruins with the talent Nebraska has comapred to his Oregon State teams. Armstrong, the guy speaks a big game and you want to believe him, but his actions do not back up his words. He is not a good QB. He is a hell of a fighter and works hard, he just isn't what we need at QB.
  8. They "get" what needs to be done because their jobs are on the line next year.
  9. Sorry, but Tim Miles time is up. Nebraska invested a ton of money into their basketball program, it had lots of hype when it joined the B1G. Tim Miles had one decent year, his first year? But now this team is back to the Nebraska basketball teams of old, yet it has a palace for players. I am tired of Time Miles uplifting tweets about what the team did wrong, and what needs to be fixed. At first it was neat to see this as it showed he realized progress needed to be made, but now its just rhetoric. I dont understand Nebraska. why is the state losing good coaches to the state of Oregon? Scott Frost for football, and the Huskers should have been able to get Dana Atlman to come back home. Altman is having great success at Oregon now and he is a good coach.
  10. Unless we take care of UCLA like we did vs Arizona in the Holiday Bowl i won't be overly confident in things going into next year. What does a win mean? Well, its a Nebraska win so that is good and always better than a loss. But really, a loss to UCLA won't make me that upset as we shouldn't even be in this bowl game in the first place.
  11. Just an interesting tidbit. Oregon States recruiting class is currently ranked better than Nebraska's.
  12. Why would we want these guys when Pat O'Brien is the second coming of Peyton Manning?
  13. if he is available, we should look at him for defensive coordinator.
  14. Good for them. We don't use them in games anyways, but glad to see they get used somewhere.
  15. you have one game left in your career and you leave...?
  16. My prediction is Frost is at Nebraska as it's head coach after 2 years being at UCF. Does he win conference titles at UCF? I don't think so. They went 0-12 this year, but they have great facilities now, and a fanbase/adminstration willing to win. Frost probably goes 6-7wins in his first year, then progresses to 8 or 9 wins his second year. Meanwhile, either Riley's contract is up, or Nebraska can afford to move on from Riley and they go after Frost.
  17. If we are stuck with this staff, I want Langsdorff to be apart of it. He has great potential to be successfull here.
  18. Along with having zero faith that our coaches would be able to get this guy if they did try, he doesn't fit the system Nebraska is switching to.
  19. Deep down everyone knows they want that golden foster farm chicken trophy in our trophy case. Let's go win this game. It provides momentum into next year with a win, and how do you create winners for next year? You win games instilling winning mentality.
