@Making Chimichangas I'm guessing 99.9% of people use a male pronoun for you because your name is neutral (actually, many people see funny nicknames as masculine) and it's a football forum and they don't know you're female. Maybe (maybe) 0.1% read your story and do it to be jerks. Not many people use the P&R forum. I thought my name was feminine (although it's not a real life name) and the majority of people assumed I was male the first few years I was here.
@4skers89 I've never heard of a single transgender female (and I have met many) who wants people to use male pronouns. That's... kind of the opposite of the point. -
People who are limited by languages which do not include gender neutral pronouns have attempted to create them, in the interest of greater equality.
