  1. Seems to be where he files most things concerning other people.
  2. I think you underestimate the power of the leader on this will to win. The kids may have it, but ultimately in college football you follow your leader and if he doesn't have it, its gonna be awful hard to drag it out of yourself. Definitely doeable, but its an uphill battle. If you have a leader who exhibits this fire daily, it is like gravity pulling stones down a hillside, all it takes is a little push from yourself and all of the sudden you are all in with this guy and he is bringing out the best in you. Great leaders tend to get at that right away. Spending time around these people is instantly life changing.
  3. Pretty good preview but at the top it says something along the lines of Frost had more to work with in Orlando. I strongly disagree with that I think the talent here and ability to get talent here is definitely better than UCF.
  4. I like this guy, but its a good thing we have 2 other RBs locked down.
  5. Bamba could be the best player in the draft long term but Doncic to Dallas is a great fit and Luka could definitely be the best prospect in the draft right now and long term. That is not for certain, but in Dallas I think his chances of success go up a bit than if he had gone to some other franchises.
  6. What do you call progress? If we don't give up 50 points to a terribly terrible Minnesota offense again, or call me crazy, don't give up 50 at all next season I might call that progress
  7. Should be easy to pay for with the new tax laws. First a wall, now a deathstar? Trump is really making America great again.
  8. They were great before KD and I agree Klay is a great 3 and D player but its all about Curry. No Curry no Warriors dynasty. Can't say the same about KD and Klay just is not the alpha player.
  9. Warriors aren't the Warriors without Curry. He drove them to the first title and that next season he was even better. Its not just his shooting. He creates such a strain on defenses. He is the key to the Warriors success.
  10. If I am starting an NBA team I'm picking Curry all day long
  11. I don't think it is. If he isn't the QB whisperer, his offense is. It doesn't matter where this system is at it produces really solid numbers from the QB. We are about to see QB play like we never have before in Lincoln. As for Harbaugh, you are really discrediting what he did at Stanford in that second paragraph. They were awful before he got there. 16-40 in 5 years and a 1-11 season in 06. Harbaughs first season in 07 he won 4 games including a win over #1 USC at USC. Went 5-7 the next season then 8-5 with a RS frosh QB named Andrew Luck. You act like 12-1 in year 4 isn't an incredible accomplishment. Shaw has had a great run as well but Harbaugh got closer to the big chips in less time from a much worse starting point.
  12. Really sounds like Gregory has worked very hard to get another shot. Hope it works out for the guy and that this process has helped him personally as well.
  13. My top 10 1-MJ 2-Lebron 3-Duncan 4-Magic 5-KAJ 6-Bird 7-Shaq 8-Kobe 9-Oscar Robertson 10-Wilt
  14. I think so too with his play the last 2 seasons especially. I'd say he is top 3 already when it comes to gifted scorers. His ability from everywhere on the court offensively is unprecedented.
  15. Agree with that take. Its all subjective but I'd taje Shaqtus over Mamba personally. Whats interesting to me is no KD. Not to say he should be on the list, but Lebron was on this list at KD's age and for some reason people don't put Durant in these conversations.
  16. I think the team may have some of this attitude as well which may propel us to stealing a win perhaps. Theres a bit of loose cannon feel in the air since Frost stepped in. He's ready to shake things up now.
  17. He didn't. All reports say he wanted to keep Kyrie. The idea he orchestrated the trade is fan speculation at best. And thats kinda my point. Lebron is one person. I missed 3 and 4 so I didn't see how he played, but it really doesn't matter how great he plays if he doesn't get some help as proven in game 1. This series Lebron was 49-93 (52.5%) from the field. His teammates? 102-275 (37%) I go back to Jordan dropping 63 in TD Garden. Was Jordan not great then because his team couldn't win?
  18. They would if their team was way worse than the other team. Swap Clyde Drexler and MJ and I bet the Bulls still beat Portland. MJ is the Goat still but this argument is just dumb. The Cavaliers, not Lebron, were swept by a significantly superior Warriors team and that is the long and short of it. I could just as easily say a GOAT wouldn't get knocked out in the first round of the playoffs over and over again to discredit Jordan but it would be ridiculous. Jordan dropped 63 in the Garden but his team lost the game and that series. Was Bird better than Jordan, or did he just have a better squad? Individual greatness and team success aren't that corralative
  19. I mean if you don't think Trump is the worst president in our lifetime and literally anyone would be better thats your perogative. But most would agree with that statement and the only other viable option was.........wait............you guessed it, Hillary Clinton. But I honestly don't blame anyone who didn't vote for Hillary. I blame gerrymandering and Vladimir Putin.
  20. But thats my point. Your voting for to be chopped off at the arm rather than at the finger. You don't want either obviously but these are the only choices you have. Sadly it isn't fair not to vote for Hilary because she isn't worth voting for in this specific instance ..neither was Trump or Johnson. So now its who is most competent for the job and can actually get there. I don't believe Johnson had any path to the presidency and I think Trump is a great salesman but an incompetent leader. To me Hillary is the most competent but that is my opinion and you are free to have your own. All that said I think if Johnson was the Republican canidate and Trump was running independant, Hillary wins the presidency easily. Just my opinion though.
  21. No its not lol. This is not my system, but it is the system we have. If anything Trump proves independents can't win unless they put a party next to their name. I could care less about parties. I don't particularly relate with either and I would like to see a move away from our current system into something more representative and serving of the public. That said, in the here and now thats not how things work. No way the 2 major parties would release their lock grip of power to an independent. Not happening and its not because of 'people like me'. It would take a much more charasmatic canidate than Johnson to have any semblance of a chance and even then the odds are stacked heavily against them. The powers that be have much more influence than you and I my friend and while this can be changed, the 2016 election was not the place it was happening. Get rid of the Electoral College and maybe I can agree with you
  22. It is a cop out. Johnson wasn't a good canidate either and flat out was not going to win no matter how you sliced it. You say you voted for who you wanted to win. Thats fine but don't act like we actually have a third party option. Too much money involved and that pesky electoral college is in the way. We only had 2 realistic choices. I'm not even saying you should have voted for Hilary. I'm just saying the argument you are making about not wanting either canidate is flawed. Honestly it wouldn't have mattered if everyone on Huskerboard voted Hilary. The way the EC is set up the points would have added up the same way.
