A thread I was reading early (can't remember) mentioned something about a Nebraska foundation having 2.3 billion in it. Can someone give a name or some general info on this foundation? It's very interesting and I'd like to know more.

In the Deed of Glory said this about the Foundation: "On top of the NU Foundation, there are large accounts the Athletic Department has access to like the Touchdown Club and others that total in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Where does everyone think the annual donation for season tickets goes to?"
Also, Mavric seemed to know something about the Foundation as well.

Biggest yearly expenditures from the Foundation are "Campus and building improvements", "Academic programs" and "Student assistance". Pretty sure a lot of the perks for student athletes - computers, etc - come out of that. Other categories are "Faculty assistance", "Research", "Museum, library and fine arts" and "Alumni associations".
