    How odd: ‏@slmandel Steve Spurrier went 44-40 in the SEC at South Carolina and could get a parade. Mark Richt is 80-36 at Georgia and could get his car keyed.

      South Carolina has been good when good talent has come through the state. Clowney, Lattimore, etc. Georgia has a top-5 state in recruiting and lets a lot of the good players leave the state while still having plenty of good players to win the SEC East.

      South Carolina has historically been terrible. They never even sniffed an SEC title without Spurrier, and he will retire as the program's win leader.
