Sitting in Oklahoma all these days, i ALWAYS look forward to the atmosphere in Lincoln. Its great to be here around the "OKLAHOMA CORNHUSKER CLUB" people and our gatherings here in Oklahoma...greatest group of Cornhusker fans anywhere. But Lincoln and Memorial Stadium just cant be beat. I walk the stadium aisles shaking hands and giving hugs. Love it the most. You just dont know what it is like being around Nebraskans when you are away from "home" and go back to visit. I DONT see us ever being like Miami. Nebraska fans are true fans, good or bad season. We love our Huskers. Yes i want us at the top of the Top Tier and believe, again, we will get there. Went to Eugene, OR and my son and i were one of the "Red Loons". Husker fans filled 1/3 of that stadium. The people in Oregan had never seen a turn out like we brought to Eugene. They were shocked and hoped someday they could have a fan base like ours....yes, atmosphere in Lincoln is the Greatest on ANY Husker weekend.

Seems suprised that a coach gets paid over $5 million???? Agood AD is not going to come cheap. And his new football coach should not come cheap either. We need top tier on both AD & HC. Only way to become prominate again. Chancellor Green made it sound that now is the time to pay for our new, better, greater direction...

And the short and long ball killed us today. Southern Miss had those 2 drives in 4 th quarter today. Just threw same pass on same routes and ate us alive. Only reason they did not score on the last drive was no clock left. One more minute and they would have scored. And yes they only had 19 rushing but they gave up on the run when they saw they could pass on us at will. We are not ready for Big Ten play.

How silly...the Rexcat would work for awhile...Yes Burkhead found the holes...But why stop when it was working? Martinez gettting sacked wasn't working? And what happened to Helu? Where was he the second half? If we were going to runit why wasn't he included more? We just didn't get it done and I do agree CG should have at least been tried. He wasn't limping. And if the fake punt had been able to be used and if it had worked then Zach would have been our hero...but we need to quit QB jumping every season. Lets get a freshman and give him the chance to grow.

This is awsome...I blame this lose on the University Administration. They shut down Bo. There he was all 2 week in Kumbyah sing alongs and meditation classes with the tree hugging groupies. They beat on him the last 2 weeks on "just be nice". So he was...This new nice Bo sucks. The fire wasn't allowed to come out and the passion he sends thru the team just wasn't there. A&M he was too loud but we kept getting screwed. I am a football official and the officials should never change a game but they did that to us that week, and yet we were suppose to take it laying down...so now we have this new version of Bo. They had him on high volumes of meds last night that is for sure. He should have shared them with Watson too. Watson never sees when something is working. He has to go to the next trick he really doesnt have. Once since he got here has he seen the light...that was the week Helu set all of the single game rushing records. How could Helu got all the records if Watson did not see that the running game of Helu worked??? The REXCAT worked but oh no...no meds for wWatson and he went ADD on us, forgot it all...Watson has to go.

we can win if we can catch just 8 more passes than last week. Nothing said about the great passing job T Magic did last week...just he got bottled up...that bottle should have been filled with stick em and shared with all the receivers...we will miss the national championship this year because of 8 passes.........

Respect or not it will be great to be ranked. I have seen polls today that have us as high as #4 and as low as #9, but we will be ranked. And we did enough this season to prove we are back on the scene. Most important to me is that I don't know many fair weather fans of the Huskers. We have believed in them in the good and bad. We haven't abandoned ship on the Huskers like so many other have of their teams...We are headed back to the mountain top again. Its our turn and our time!!!!

I agree. I only pull for NEBRASKA. i AM NOT A bIG 12 FAN. Too many of these people here in Oklahoma think that is unheard of...No way. I pull for Nebraska and anyone playing against OU. Period. And even before the game last night was over, the what if game was played. All day it was not just what if Texas, it was what if OU and Bradford. Made people mad when I played the what if we get the one second back at the Big 12 Championship...they just need to accept what happens. Texas, OU are too big of programs to not just continue on playing when they loose someone like McCoy and Bradford. The TV announcers kept making excuses for Gilbert all night. Wanted us all to just give him a chance. Texas got what they deserved in the Championship game. Alabama should have ran it up 14 more points if they could have. Teams have shown us no mercy the last few years and have ran it up on us. But it was so nice see us start to pay them all back. It is just beginning. Our time is come again. And we are not the all talk team. We began proving it this season on the fireld and it will continue. Saban has class. He only wants to win...no matterwhat the cost and he wants to be paid...

id show up in Dallas for that one, hang over and all...at least it would be with REAL Cornhusker fans!!!! im here with a few real husker fans and alot of gooners...had a blast in lincoln watching us beat them...and id be happy in dallas watching us take and beat LSU!!

Now I am not a "blue Hair" but am an older Husker fan...I drove from Oklahoma to watch the Huskers beat the Sooners. Last year I was in Norman and watched us get an old fashion, keep poring it on, uncalled for, WHOOPIN. I took crap from these sorry Gooner fans down here for the last year. I went to Lincoln EXPECTING ANY KIND OF A WIN!!!! And we got it...sit down????No way!!!! I first of all walked the campus and Husker Pavillion and visited with every Husker fan that would talk with me. I did that for 2 solid hours. I text all my friends back here, it was like the first day in Heaven being in GOD's Country with GOD's People...Then I walked thru the Pearlie Gates...Memorial Stadium.It was Heaven to me. I had not been back here for 20 years. I found my seat in the North end zone after walking all around the stadium, shaking everyones hand that I could. Husker fans are by far an away the best and friendliest in the country. I remember seeing 75 minutes on the clock until kick off...and I savored every minute of that time. As the crowd filled in around me I shook everyones hand and proudly showed them all my "Oklahoma Cornhusker Club" card. I wanted everyone to know that I was here and I wanted to be here and I wanted to enjoy all of their company...I was one of you all!!! And they all made me feel at home and part of the "family". Did i SIT DOWN????No way. Was I about too??? Only when my legs got tired and they hardly did...I came to be a part of the atmosphere a part of the family. Was it special??? yes it was. Did I block others view? Sorry if I did. I did not come all that way to miss one ioda of the pre game or the game....Oh, a little grandmother STOOD next to me and pulled me up once to make sure I didn't miss a thing. And she high fived me and I loved every minute of it all. Thanks...

Add Suh to the offensive scheme. Let him play both ways all game. He can hold onto a ball. He is big enough to open up his own holes. Put the ball in Suhs hands and let him call the plays. It would have to be better than what the offense is doing now. But at least the offense fell onto the ball on the backwards pass. Must have been something Suh taught them.

Our defense will rip OU. The Gooners suck!!! Can't catch a ball or even hold onto it. When you run 80-100 plays a game and can't score and only can kick field goals you can't survive against our defense. Suh and company are too good. OU exposed Texas today. That is all that happened there. OU will come into our house and face the consequences of what they did to us in Norman last year. We could do it to them if they had of had "Sam I Am" but we will really do it to them with Landry and the girls. If you were in Norman last year and felt and heard what they were doing to us, you know OU has to get paid back for what they did and how they treated us. 9-3 and a great bowl!!!! But don't know who will beat us the rest of the year...could even be 10-2!!!!

for 3 weeks we were the best Sunbelt team in the country...but we are the power of the North. We do have what it takes to be the Big 12 champs. we can't give up 31 points and think we can win. Bo gave them the Blackshirts last night and they need to work harder to keep them. Watson needs to stay, but he needs to get and keep out offense on the cutting edge and this won't happen again. ISU and Baylor need to pay the price so that we can teach a lesson to O Poo coming to our house. ISU and Baylor need to feel the whole package and these two need to be shown what Watson can really do with an offense.

wow!!!!green had his chance today and didn't shine that well. Lee has led us to 4-1 up to today. Lets see...against VA Tech we had the game won until.....oh the defense lost that one. 31 points today?????well 21 of those 31 were given up by Suh and company..so we bench Suh.....Lee until he can't produce any more....today was just a bump in the road...we are still headed for the Big 12 Championship....
