    So who works in Omaha and can give me dirt/intel on ProKarma? Looking into a full-time gig (read: not contract) with them, want to know details before I potentially move my family 700 miles north.

      Hmmm, well I've heard of this happening at some other IT firms in town so it's not completely out of the blue.  I would have so many questions though.  If I were moving, I'd feel way more comfortable getting a offer from an actual company versus working for a staffing company.  Make sure you talk to some of the other IT folks they have doing this so you can get the straight scoop.  If they refuse to let you do that or worse yet, don't have anyone you can talk to, that would be a huge red flag for me.
