    I disagree. We've always had lots of money. But when Peterson fired Solich that set a very dangerous precedent that has been dogging us ever since. Urban Meyer even commented on this because he was approached by Peterson and he said no. You fire a 9-3 coach who did everything the powers that be asked of him and he still got fired. I think they give Scott 5 years. If after that we're still in the toilet then he has to be let go.

    Rumor has it that Nebraska is playing again next week? Any truth to this and if so, who are we playing?

      Interesting-they bend the rules for Ohio St. which doesn’t surprise me but Nebraska complained about this early on when they asked to play Chattanooga and were denied!  This problem did come up early on but was ignored.

      All B1G teams, barring COVID cancellations, are playing next weekend.

       

      They are announcing the matchups tomorrow.

    Does this targeting rule need to be modified? That quarterback wasn’t defenseless and CTB was just trying to make a solid defensive play. This hurts. Cam is one of our best players

    I agree! Many times yesterday these boys looked like they didn’t know what they were doing! They need to eat, drink, sleep the basics until they can perform them without even thinking. They will be automatic. After this year all of the Riley era kids will be gone. We have 17 seniors on the roster but we also have a bunch of freshman and more will be added. We need coaches who will coach these boys up to be winners.
