I liked Bo, but thought someone else might do better, if they made the right hire. It's obvious they didn't make the right hire. The haters got what they deserved, an NCAA record bust, be careful what you wish for when you fire a 9 win coach. Present day Osborne wouldn't stand a chance against this instant gratification generation of fools. TO's worst team was better than Bo's best, but TO would have had a tough time surving the consecutive bowl loss streak. Late 80's people were calling for TO's head. Just like they did with Bo, last year. If social media existed back then, TO would have been gone.

I hope this board isn't representative of most Husker fans.......if the people posting on this board represent Nebraska fans, well, f em. And here come the guys who judge people's fandom based on their own opinions. Super. Let me know how that works out for you.

How many quarterbacks can a team switch out, before everyone believes Nebraska's defense is a joke? Thank you BYU for proving, just how freaking many.

Bo didn't break a 30 year streak. Or 29, or whatever.
-
He's here to collect his retirement, then he'll be replaced. Pretty much what I expected. He will be living fat and happy after he has a 4 win season.
-
Glad the entire defense GOT BEHIND the F'ing receiver. Great job Riley and Co. Bo is laughing his butt off right now.

Cardiac Cornhuskers again... Sheesh...

God I've missed these game day threads. Thank God it's football season again!

Agreed. Never watching Nebraska play again.

A real fan would expect it!! You fair weather fools! (sarcasmistic)

TJ is freaking impressive so far. Damn, he's come a long way. He's improved the way we all hoped Tmart would.

he caught it right before the endzone, watched it in slow motion, once it's touched, isn't it down???

stunutz GTA V, Rocket League or whatever else is fun at the moment

PSN: stunutz I also played this way to much this weekend. Wife even played and liked it, and she hates video games.

I'm trying to find people to play heists with. You gotta have 4 active participants, and it's a total luck of the draw inviting randoms. I play on PS4. Stunutz is my PSN name

Wasn't the best season, but definitely one of the most memorable. Thanks to all the players! -

So I just discovered Steam on my PC
Stu replied to Stu's topic in Tech Central - Computers, Games, Phones, A/V, etc.
I've been so busy with school and work and family I haven't even got a chance to sit down for a couple hours and explore some of the steam games. My wife got me a PS4 for Christmas, I've only got to play that about four times. Damn responsibilities taking away from my game time... -
Volunteering/Community Service Programs?
Stu replied to Stu's topic in Big Red Lounge: Official BS Forum
Thanks for all the ideas fellas! I'm going to inquire at my kids school and a couple of churches here in town. A lot of the places I have checked and that my classmates have checked need orientation and all this stuff prior to getting hours. Working full time, plus school full time, throw in the wife and a kid... Ain't nobody got time for orientation! I would love to volunteer at humane society, but our instructor is telling us it has to deal with families, religion, veterans... I love me some dogs though, usually more than humans. Husker 37, I did apply at a veteran hospice place in Bellevue. They have yet to get back to me about it, which is frustrating. I'd love to sit with some old WWII vets and hear their stories. I should have mention this in the beginning of the thread, but it has to be in or around Omaha. -
Taking a class at Bellevue University, and I need to volunteer at least 12 hours worth. I've checked a few places and they all need references, background checks or orientation training first before I can even get any hours. Does anyone here volunteer? Any suggestions? I'd love to just sign up and go for a few hours on a weekend for a couple of weeks. If any of you volunteer, and you need help at your organization, please let me know. Thanks!

*Bama Fan Came in Like a Wrecking Ball*

Good guy sooner fan, could have broke her face with one punch but didn't. I'll never understand why women pick fights. One of these days she's going to get knocked out, then play the victim.
