  1. Texas Tech only had 21 in the first half in 2004, they had 49 in the 2nd half. http://www.huskerpedia.com/games/2004/textech04.html
  2. Jim Rose is Ok but still not that great. I preferred Kent Pavelka over Rose. Im not old enough to remember Lyell Bremster but have heard his call on the Johnny Rogers play.
  3. I agree, if we could only beat one team, I would hope we could beat Colorado.
  4. I hope we are able to break through and make it into the NCAA Tournament again. I still dont know if we will be good enough to actually win a game in it but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
  5. Umm...He actually runs a 4.7, not sure where you got 5.0. In any case "Burst around the edge" speed is way different from a straight 40yd sprint. A lot more to do with agility and footwork. Here: http://www.huskerboard.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=16360 I'm sorry, but 5.0 is slow for an edge pass rusher. I'm sick of the cosgrove mentality of having 3 DT's and one speed guy on the "open end". Carriker, as good fo a DE as he was, should have been a DT in college. According to Scouts.com, he is a 4.7 speed. http://nebraska.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=...amp;nid=3040030
  6. I dont see any way that he would leave WV for here. Like it was said before, he if turned down Alabama last year and what they were supposively offering him, I am sure he wouldn't leave for here.
  7. Yea, I was expecting one yesterday too. I thought they were going to do something were had the trips receivers to one side and doing the toss to that side that one of the times the RB was going to throw it.
  8. I think we have to get rid of all the coaches and start over new. I just don't think Callahan is going to be able to get the job done. This year we haven't even been competitive is a lot of our games and I think the problem starts from the top with Callahan.
  9. Wow. Now lets just hope that we can keep it up in the 2nd half.
  10. Actually he canceled his visit for that weekend a couple days before he de-commited. http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/sports/st...8C?OpenDocument
  11. I am pretty sure that almost if not every time Lou has given a pep talk to a team, that team ends up losing. Just what we need. Just kick us while we are down a little more.
  12. I really think that for as bad as we played tonight, this is going to be a good thing in the long run because I think he were probably gettting a little too cocky and this should be a good thing to get us refocused and back to work. Last year we lost to Colorado at end of regular season and I think that did the same thing and refocused the team and we ended up winning it all. Hope that can happen again.
