  1. Why would he? Honestly I don't know. From what I heard, the fact that Hawks likes Pelini is the main reason why Pelini wasn't fired after the Iowa game last season.
  2. If Eichorst is truly that inaccessible to the coaches, that's a huge concern. But if Lee Barfknecht is upset about no response from the AD, then I'll respond on Eichorst's behalf, "I do not comment on the performance of any of our coaches during the season."
  3. Feedback from the fans is not taken into consideration nearly as much as we think. The boosters ultimately decide. If Howard Hawks wants Pelini here, Pelini stays.

  5. Sparty got away with one at home? Ok..which part of 47 rushing yards didn't you understand? Which part of Armstrong misfiring on all his throws when the pressure was on didn't you see? Our o-line was manhandled. That's the pattern with this team. We get exposed by the upper echelon teams and every year, we sink a little further. MSU may be upper echelon in the conference, but not nationally.
  6. Our qb's are coached by a grad assistant and it shows.
  7. Many teams would love to have that type of talent at qb. That talent is hard to find, and maybe even harder to develop. Development is key and our current and previous qb's were and are being coached by a grad assistant. So, you're a blue chup qb with these attributes and plenty of schools want you--one touts a qb coach who has sent x-number of guys into the nfl. The other touts a feel-good Rudy story qb grad assistant coach. There's why.
  8. The scoreboard may have showed a 5 point win, but MSU let us back in the game. Now had our offense actually done something non-flukey to get back in it..maybe. But fact of the matter is our o line, Armstrong and Abdullah got crap stomped. Face it, we are not a top team. We are in the abyss of the 25-50th best teams in the land.
  9. MSU knows all our audibles ! How freakin embarrassing. NU will never accomplish anything great under this staff.
  10. If we go down by another score, no reason not to put Fyfe of Stanton in.
  11. I voted for you, McNeese. VCU was up barely. Good luck !
  12. Prayers to you. My daughter was born at 33 weeks. 3 pounds 13 oz. She is 9 years old now and healthier than ever. Days in the NICU are nerve wracking for sure. Your family will get through this. If you had faith as small as a mustard seed, you could say to that mountain, move from here to there, and it will move.
  13. I look forward to seeing the old grey hair men with vintage red slacks. Always see a few of those. With their bright white velcro shoes. Classic.
  14. He played during the greatest Era of Husker football. What the hell else should he compare it to? Husker football then was like a steak. Today, it's like hamburger helper. He's just reminiscing about the steak. Can't blame the guy, drugged out brains or whatever.
  15. Bo isn't getting fired. If he left though, I'd want us to take a good look at Paul Rhoades over at ISU.
  16. The only thing that makes this loss worse is seeing your gay pony sh#t here.
  17. Ya'll need to seriously quit with the My Little Pony $hit. You make this board and Husker fans look like queers.
  18. What's Kyler supposed to say? "Hey man, come play in this offense that barely utilizes me!"
  19. I'd like to see the black helmet with our regular road uniforms for next week.
  20. Beck needs to stick to the RUN!!!! If we lose, its on him
  21. Ramen noodles are on sale at Super Saver..
  22. I was at that game ! Shreveport was such a lovely town. Ole Miss fans were awesome to be around. "hotty toddy" is quite the cheer.
