You opened this discussion with a sarcastic remark about poking them with occasional laser guided bombs, then discussed the difficulty of putting troops on the ground. It is what it is and honestly neither of us has the answer. This is a bad situation and these or the most evil disgusting Godless people and I don't want them taking anymore lives. I wish there was a way to defeat them without sacrifice, but there isn't. I hate war. I hope we end this before it grows.

I wouldn't commit troops to this either. We own the skies over there. Use that to our advantage. Obama screwed the pooch on this sh#t. We did not finish our mission in the gulf. Now we are paying for it.

I can't be more clear. Troops have already been committed. From several countries. I'd also be interested in knowing what war in the history of wars has been fought without troops and why this would be the first?
