    Another reason locking the threads is silly. actually the mods can and they can also unlock the thread. but why would there be a need to since it will be on the football page, if it isnt already? (just got home from work and havent checked that page yet) BECAUSE WHY SHOULD I START A WHOLE NEW THREAD JUST TO DISCUSS A PLAYER WHO HAS A PROFILE SPECIFICALLY CREATED FOR ANY DISCUSSIONS INVOLVING HIM? :ahhhhhhhh :ahhhhhhhh Maybe a new section of the football forum should be created for player profiles after signing day. All recruiting profiles get a new title and moved to football. Yay.

    I'm struggling with the DE position. I have a hard time picking a specialist like Randy Gregory or Eric Martin because both were mainly pass rushers but struggled against the run. I went with Potter and Allen since they were solid at everything a DE should do. It may be blasphemous not picking Randy but I didn't. Love these threads, Redux.

    Hard for me to pick specialists like Reed in the passing game for best in an era. To me, the best possible TE can run block and catch the ball, hence my vote for McNeil.

    It's sad the flack that Bussey is getting from Husker fans. Grow up 30+ year old and let an 18 year old kid with no ties to Nebraska and committed to a staff that just got fired, pick whatever frickin school he wants to. Love hearing the stuff about Wilbon. The RB spot at Nebraska is never going to be a problem. Especially because one kid chose to go elsewhere.

    Don't understand the hate for Bussey at all. Grow up people. Kid has no reason to come to Nebraska. Let the guy do what he wants. He's a heck of a talent and I wish him well. Guess what? Nebraska will be just fine at the RB spot.

    I'm also looking to get into this over the winter and talked to some friends who home brew around the country. Most mention midwest supplies as a good place to start and then focus on local ingredients. http://www.midwestsupplies.com/ They have 2 starter kits one being 80 and the other 100. I'm hoping to get money towards or the actual $100 kit for Christmas and start brewing in the new year. Would be interesting to keep this thread up and discuss how things are going.
