What makes me jealous is seeing other teams from much smaller, less funded schools, that somehow are able to recruit good talent on offense and the QB's put up 200+ passing yards with ease. We have absolutely NO talent at QB... and at a school as big and well funded as Nebraska I don't see how this could happen. It baffles me. No leaders on offense.

Yeah I'd say 9-3 deserves at least #25... Not surprised we were still unranked after this week though. We didn't dominate that game by any stretch of the imagination. When's the last time anyone has been afraid of Nebraska?

I know exactly which play they are talking about. Such a surprising play and it was actually executed very well.

I'm glad Zac finally put together a good game. I was hoping he would start developing into a confident QB around the TT game, guess he is just taking a bit longer. If he can play like this the rest of the season I have big hopes for this guy next season.

The D seems to play better at home. Hope we can make it nice and LOUD for the ksu game.

I honestly think Reesing will not make it through the game... one of the worst O-lines we have faced, coupled with an already injured and hobbled Reesing will not make for a good day. He may not get sacked alot but I'm sure Suh and co will make there presence known by givin him some hard shots every time he releases to throw.

If we establish a running game and keep our D pretty fresh, we win this game. Plain and simple.

All things considered I am still very excited for this game. I wanna see the blackshirts keep up the intensity. Our secondary was an iron curtain against OU.

I hope we stick to the game plan we used against OU. KU's defense is not anywhere near as good as OU's and we should be able to grind out a few good drives with the running and short/intermediate passing game. Just no screens, lateral passes please.

I am starting to get really worried about this game. KU may be in a slump but they are still a very, very, dangerous team on offense. Plus we just had the biggest win since Pelini became coach and we had a big let down to TT after a big win at Mizzou. I am sure the players are feeling on top of the world after beating OU, I just hope they don't think we will roll over KU. KU can score and if they score more than 17 I think we lose a close one. I hope NU can get some semblence of an offense going against KU. If we can eat some clock and keep their D on the field I think we win this one going away. Please Bo, don't let the players look past this one. I want to see the same ridiculous intensity and ridiculous hard hitting I saw against OU. Make KU pay dearly for every yard!

You crazy people who think our O will be able to score more than 20 You realized the O only scored 13 on BAYLOR and and the only reason we beat Oklahoma is because our defense gave the ball to the O on the 1 yd line. I don't see our O all the sudden being able to move the ball consistently. Sorry but its the sad truth they haven't gotten any better all year. Only thing that gives me hope is the way Helu ran against Okie. Our D will win us this game. (again ) 13-3 Huskers.

I thought of this when they went back to review the out of bounds punt return spot AFTER 6 seonds had gone off the clock and OU had an incomplete pass. The refs essentially GAVE OU more time and another down! Ridiculous.

I'd put money on Lee starting. We know what we have to do to win games now... not turn the ball over and let our D squeeze the life out of opponents.

Huh? 6 INTs on the year. 11 TDs. Almost a pick a game... So you're telling me Green would have thrown less INT's than Lee? (which was zero btw) I'm not buying that.

If Green would have stayed in the game we would have lost... plain and simple. He would have coughed up the ball multiple times to that defense. One thing we know about Zac Lee is he doesn't really turn the ball over. I think thats why he went in. The coaches knew he wouldn't turn the ball over and they were hoping he could make a play every once in awhile.
