So when it's crunch time against TX or a title game, you pull Tmart for Cody? How's he ever going to bounce back if they pull him when the going gets a little tough? If he were playing like this against Texas, the game wouldn't be close and you put Cody in to see if he can do something. If the game were close and he was still playing like this, DAMN RIGHT you put CG in to see if he can do something.

Sorry, but he just looks like a slightly faster version of Cody Green when he runs. He runs hard and mostly in a straight line. Martinez is a much different type of runner as you will soon find out. Watch the second TD run by TMart. I know it is WKU, but I can't see Jake Locker pulling any of those slashing type moves. I bet the scout team this week was mostly QB'd by a RB.

Cody is the number 2 QB. We lose Zac Lee and Latravis Washington after this season as they are seniors. Next year we will have redshirt sophmore taylor martinez, junior cody green, redshirt junior kody spano(if he has knees left by then) redshirt freshmen Brion carnes and true freshmen Jamaal turner and bubba starling if he makes it here. Did i miss anyone?

Zac Lee is horribly inaccurate in the short passing game. Some people have told me that he is a deep passing QB, but he is horrible at that too. Go back and watch our Sun Belt season last year. He had tons of wide open receivers and every time he overthrew or underthrew them. They were still catchable, but not good passes by any stretch. CG and TMart are the two best passers on this team.

With SDSU being so close and so many people having friends that go there, it will probably be pretty busy, hence the ticket prices... And as far as USC went... a friends gf sat in line for us while we were in line for game day... then we just slept there until later in the day.. that game was insane as far as seats went. Yea, I remember showing up 7 hours before kickoff and being about 300 or so people back in line. I also remember having 10 rows to myself during the 4th quarter of that game. I'm glad that was the only year I had South Stadium tickets.

If we use only one name for Martinez and it becomes widely used, could the name start to lose its Likability? With two names having a pretty strong backing (both Hot Sauce and Snuffleupagus) are people really willing to stick with one long enough and not get sick of it. I highly doubt it but you never know.

I have only been with someone who was validating one time. There was no line. You just pay (should be $34 per ticket for this game), they put a sticker on your ticket and give you a wristband (people in East Stadium must wear wristbands). There are two or three windows on the outside of the ticket office that you do it at. You can not validate inside the ticket office. I believe you can begin to validate 4 hours before kickoff (iirc, it might be 3 hours though) My brother had done it for the past two years (I secured season tickets at face value like any good brother would). I had never heard any complaints about it taking too long or anything like that. If you are doing anything over in West Stadium (like looking at the trophies), then you can just swing by there real quick. Or if you make a stop at Huskers Authentic then you are already in the same building as the ticket office.

If you aren't students, make sure you factor in the time it will take to get your tickets validated (if they aren't already). You have to validate outside the main ticket office (across the street from West stadium). Also, section 11 is usually the last to fill up, so I would check there for seats first if you want a certain area. There isn't a huge difference in viewing angle from section 9 to 11.

I think the big issue here is that outside of the 2nd quarter, we scored 10 points. In some ways this game is a lot like the Missouri game last year. The big difference is that last year, we were happy to have the win. If we played like that this year, we wouldn't be satisfied. It was a sloppy win and brings up concerns of our team losing intensity. I think that is the prevailing issue in our first two games. I'm ok with this though, cause we have one of the most intense coaches in college football. I can't think of anyone else that I would rather have to fire up our players.

I have seen no other full game replays and I have certainly looked. Especially while I was waiting 5 days for them to put the replay up on Huskers Nside. Sometimes you just have to take what you can get. It's not THAT bad, not good, but it works. I hope we only have OOC games on PPV, because they are the games that I could really care less about seeing in great quality.
