How else do you develop a team then? 

Whether or not the bench is any good isn't even the issue. Problem is when 3 or 4 of the top 5 were struggling, Miles wouldn't sit them or try anybody else. And developing #6,7,8,9 is on him too. His only plan was to ride the natural talent of his top 5. Anybody could do that. That's not coaching. I learned a long time ago, a team is only as good as the lowest/worst player that may need to play. And that's on the coach whether it is recruiting or developing or preparing.
