  1. Is anyone buying into the idea that altitude had an effect in the second half?

I'm sure it had an effect when our D was on the field so much, but to start the 3rd probably not.  I know I saw some guys out there suckin wind in the 4th but that was not the reason we lost.  We started completely whiffing on tackles giving CU players and extra 5-7 yards before they were tackled, the blatant missed holds on 2 of their TD's(a one armed block that completely spins the defender around as he's running by the blocker directly in front of the back judge, not once, but twice by the same player on multiple plays), poor play calling and zero adjustments or pressure on the QB like in the first half.

Unless you give yourself a few weeks to acclimate, altitude always plays a factor, but it wasn't the reason for the second half we all witnessed.

Altitude has been cited as a reason for falling apart in the second half in past years. I recall a specific game with Crouch at QB where we fell apart and almost lost the game. Won it OT as I recall but they had a kick that would have won the game at the end of regulation and shanked it. I was worried at half about the altitude catching up to us in the third and fourth quarter when adrenaline and emotion had stopped making up the difference.
