I say we run the ball the whole game, take up the entire play clock on every down, no passes, no out of bounds, no time outs. Get it over as soon as possible. That should hold Georgia under 60 points for the game.

I actually have a good feeling about the michigan game, i thinkwe may put together our best game of the season. Or maybe it is because i will be fly fishing in northern michigan with a bunch of michigan fans next weekend...........

thanks, since I live in Michigan guess I never paid much attention. Now that we are in the Big 10 I get to go to a lot more games.

I know it is a bit off the normal bashing the defense, fire bo or Barney threads, but Is it normal to have this many TBA games this late in the season? I am going to Lansing and was thinking of going to Northwestern. Sure is hard to plan when times have not been announced.

I should have said the freshman and RS freshman on the sidelines. Moss, Valentine, Peat (surely in shape by now) Santos, Rose etc.....Time to realize what we thought we had is not reality. What is the worst that can happen? We give up almost 700 yrds or 60+ points? That has already happened. we got nothing to lose. Like the article said about going into the offensive shell in 2009. It got us :01 from winning a conference for the first time since 1999 IIRC. Incidentally, to run the table, we need to win our next 6. We haven't won 6 in a row since 2001 IIRC. Exactly! Get the talent on the field and simplify and get aggressive again! Attack! They cannot be worse than the product out there now. At the very least it gets them big experience for next year. What are we saving them for? If we keep losing we're goinb to lose any big recruits anyway. If we play them and win a few, or at least look competent, or look like we want to rip peoples heads off we may just attract a few defensive studs who see we play youth and like to attack. Sick of this defense turning the other cheek, grow a f'ing pair and make the other team fear us.

I'll throw a few names out... Chris Petersen? (Did not know about his kid's health situation) Dave Doeren? (Lots of regional ties - KC, Wisconsin, Drake - he's a midwesterner) Dana Holgorsen? Gary Patterson? I like patterson and peterson, but both seem very content where they are. Seems like both names always pop up with big jobs and they either say no, or seem uninterested. Dont know anything abot dave, seems like another experiment. Holgorsen? I guess we are already used to no defense so that could work

So, for everyone saying we could get a better coach, lets hear some realistic names. Im not quite ready to give up on bo, but i am damn close. Im really curious, who else? Whos the hot coach? Who could restore us, realistically? I am still thinking we need stability to return to glory, maybe i am wrong. I am sick of getting embarrassed and the excuses.

Hmm we have a running qb that people have figured out. Lets look at what other teams do to stop us. They pressure and cover. We do neither. When we blitzed we were successful. As soon as we stopped they gashed us. Our strategy is give the recievers time to get open, give the qb time in the pocket to find the open reciever. If noone is open they have had lots of time to find the most open running lane. Pressure is the answer!
