  1. Ok, then on the street somewhere. The point being they find creative ways around this all the time.
  2. Not sure about OU but that does not stop Saban from just "running into" a recruit while happening to be at his school at the same time.
  3. Well if they both think that then at least one of them is wrong.
  4. The fact that he now committed to N kind of confirms the tweet about pushy coaches and media was not refering to Scott and Co. I feel like a big part of their recruiting success is being able to not come off as desperate even if they are in dire need.
  5. Imagine winning your conference and having to fend off two teams that didnt even make a bowl, and your DB coach is a really good recruiter.
  6. Because they both spent the whole time talking about how great Nebraska is??
  7. Tami Strickman seems more than qualified. Probably should have just looked that up before assuming. In the link it states: "The Conduct Officer and Conduct Board can hear any allegations of any other violations of the Student Code of Conduct in addition to allegations of sexual misconduct that are directly related to the alleged sexual misconduct." Not sure who the conduct officer would be but the conduct board looks to be made of faculty and students from what I can see. The kangaroo court line I think came off harsher than I meant but I couldn't think of the right term. I'm sure this all varies school to school by a lot also. I couldn't get through all of it to see who the burden of proof lays upon in this instance either. Since these types of cases are hard to prove for any party the burden of proof puts that party at a big disadvantage right away.
  8. In reality we dont know what the University uncovered or who even leads such investigations. I do specifically remember there was a change under the previous Presidential administration that in good faith is trying to help out assault victims, but inadvertently created a sort of kangaroo court on campuses to determine these types of cases. These investigations are presided over by a faculty member that could have no formal training in this sort of situation, and the accused is usually too scared to ask for help therefore doesnt get legal counsel before they are determined guilty. I don't know if that pertains to this situation or not though. Just for clarity, I am not saying in this instance that they didn't do it because it doesnt look good for them, and I'm certainly not saying she has any blame if they did assault her.
  9. Maybe its just me but i like his tape. It looks like he is actually using different pass rush moves and setting up tackles by pushing outside and cutting back. He looks slow because of how big he is but then he gets to the ball carrier quickly. Hard to tell because these are just highlights but he is in the backfield a lot and not just because he is unblocked.
  10. That's a nice strawman and really weird tangent into crypto. Coaches can be fallible and you can still not know why or how they went wrong. Those 2 are not mutually exclusive.
  11. You must not actually watch much because it happens all the time. People always bitched about Kiffin doing it. Every time an offense doesn't work the fanbase very quickly "knows" how to fix it. I don't think the issue is that coches can't see a play isn't working. The fans can't see the forest through the trees. It could be that play was trying to set up for getting deep. It's just a quicker stretch run and looks a lot like it's a read and not just an auto throw every time. Who knows what the plan was for that play or why he thought it was going to work but I'm sure the coaches have watched 100s of hours more of film on both teams than anyone commenting has.
  12. I thought you said Adrian couldn't throw screen passes.
  13. Give us LSU's WR corps and we put up 40 a game, changing nothing else.
  14. I'd agree that it would be a shrewd move to get the team fired up but im not sure why he would mention it after the game to the press if he wasnt still butthurt about it. It's ridiculous to me that they would be upset that someone would think they are an easier game than OSU. I dont think a single person would argue that.
  15. I was happy for UCF while Frost was there but they acted and continue to act like a whiny bitch baby about the whole thing. I enjoyed both of their losses this year. Never seen a fan base more ungrateful to the person who pulled them out of the gutter.
  16. I believe what happened was Carlos got the penalty for roughing the passer and Frost yelled at Khalil and he yelled back saying it wasnt him. They said they have made up after that but you never know for sure I guess.
  17. Players on the team have said that there are still buy in issues. Also in that quote he isnt saying there isnt an issue. He just said it doesnt mean people are rebelling.
  18. What players when who was canned?
  19. I really wonder when you say stuff like this do you just not understand reality or are you just hoping others won't? Orgeron is in his 4th year and there was a point in his 2nd year where he lost to troy and I'm sure the LSU fans that are like you thought he was not the right coach and should be gone. He also inherited a team that was not 4-8. Miles didn't leave because he had established poor culture. He left because he couldn't quite get over the hump again to an elite team and they needed fresh blood after a long time there. LSU class ranks: 2015- #5 2016- #2 2017- #7 2018- #15 2019- #5 So even their worst is higher than our best class by a long shot. Hmmm I wonder why he would win with other coaches recruits.
