If a coach is saying a player is underrated, then he can't be talking about the coaches thinking he's underrated, because if they were aware of it he would have been playing more already. Fans seem to think the guy's jockstrap is made of baby angel halos, so it's certainly not the fans. That leaves media. The guy hasn't played enough for the media to underrate him. That leaves "I was just saying the first random thing that came to mind because that's what football coaches are supposed to do."

Don't order it from ftd.com (this goes for any arrangements, not just an ugly husker one). Call a flower shop that uses FTD if you want that specific arrangement. You'll avoid a $10 or so fee that way. The entire purpose of FTD, Teleflora, etc is to know where the flower shops are and what their phone numbers are, and they make money by charging a fee. This makes it so the flower shop has to charge more for the flowers to cover the fee they pay to FTD. There is no reason they should still be in business when you can just peruse the internet to find it yourself. Same goes for 1800flowers. They are the worst of them all.

These recruiting arguments crack me up. People who expect us to have top 5 recruiting classes are out of their minds. Even if we had the best recruiter in the history of mankind, he would still have to convince them to come and live in Nebraska. I like Nebraska, but I'm open-minded enough to realize that if I hadn't grown up here there is no way I would ever visit for a vacation. When we get a decent recruiting class, I'm happy. I'm not saying there aren't good things. We have great facilities, tradition, winning records lately, but lots of places that are much more enticing in other ways have those exact same things.
