Start playing the freshmen and the one or two upper classmen who still care and give effort. Bench the rest - we're not going to make a bowl game anyway, might as well get experience for next year.

I think it depends on what your expectations were for this year. Frankly, I think many fans have incredibly unrealistic expectations. 

We basically have not only a brand new coaching staff but so many new young players as well as a new scheme and previous players who were so out of shape that Scott had to start completely over.  Also, what is your definition of ‘lost the team’?
