and to clarify, yes, those on field results need to start showing up next season. That corner needs to be turned, not merely talked about.

@JJ Husker maybe not complacency or acceptance, but these teams have lacked accountability and discipline. Jurgens is allowed to stay at center when he continually botches snaps. The O-line can get costly penalties every game without losing their starting jobs or getting pulled. WRs miss too many catches in ciritcal situations, or out of bounds on 3rd and long instead of fighting for yards. A guy gets suplexed on our side line and nobody goes to defend him and get in the faces of the defenders who did it.

They lack a killer instinct, and a fighter's mentality. These guys just don't want it. They want to play and win, but they don't want to punch then other guy in the mouth to get it.

@ZRod  Agree with a lot of that. The biggest reason we lack accountability is we lack depth. We pull Jurgens for constantly screwing up, we don't have the depth to cover that. WR drops passes - who goes in behind them, a Freshman? They're just going to make mistakes, too. The thinking is we have half a chance with more experienced guys in there, I guess.

Agree with your concern about no one defending Allen. That should have sparked some outrage.
