BRS Posted October 9, 2006 Share Posted October 9, 2006 Carriker didn't record a sack or tackle but he was held on about 6-7 plays that didn't get called. This was the same last year. He should draw a half dozen holding calls every game but they just don't get called. He is still making an impact (case in point, the play when he lined up at d-line and smoked their center) it jst isn't showing up in the stats. Quote Link to comment

Â Not that Bret Meyer is the best QB ever but I think right now he's a better passer than Josh. They both have the ability to run, which must be contained by NU this weekend. If we make him try to beat us with his arm, I think our chances go up. Â It's going to be his second game starting, and what a second game to start on.
