Aim9
Among the BCS bowls, the Fiesta has last choice among at-large participants to pair with its anchor team. If Boise State (9-0) finishes 12-0 and earns an automatic berth in a BCS bowl (very likely), the Broncos figure to remain unclaimed in the at-large pool until the very end, when they'll be shipped to the Fiesta Bowl to meet the Huskers. If this is the case I like NU's chances! Because we already have 3 losses I would much rather play Boise State than the other powerhouse teams in the BCS. Next year bring em' on, but this year let's beat up on a (relative) softie if we can. Here's to hoping we take the Big XII! Quote Link to comment
AgMarauder04
Yeah, but who cares about tuning in to watch somebody play Boise Freaking State? Quote Link to comment
GSG
I care. I would love nothing more than to see the field smeared with the remains of Jared Zabransky! Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
If we make it to the Fiesta Bowl, I would rather go against a better team, to see how far we have come. Boise State is a good team, but I would rather go up against a bigger named program, like Notre Dame, or maybe Cal. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Exactly f#*k Boise St.!!!! Quote Link to comment
HuskerFan06
Yeah, but who cares about tuning in to watch somebody play Boise Freaking State? My guess would be Nebraska and Boise fans.....what do you think? Quote Link to comment

My guess would be Nebraska and Boise fans.....what do you think? No doubt I would watch it...I never miss a Husker game. But I would rather have it be against a team that is coming from a good conference, and that if we beat them would give us some respect. If we beat Boise, the "experts" would say Boise was overmatched and didn't belong. Quote Link to comment
DJR313
At least it wouldn't be on that friggin blue turf. Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
I just don't think I would want to play Boise. I want a program that is proven and is actually playing teams that a good week after week. Quote Link to comment
kc_husker
Yeah, but who cares about tuning in to watch somebody play Boise Freaking State? Thats the difference between fans of other schools (A&M) and husker fans. Doesnt matter who we play would never make a comment like that. Quote Link to comment
husker rob
I would love to play USC again, get revenge for 2 of the 3 losses in the same season Quote Link to comment
HuskerJosh82
I would love to play USC again, get revenge for 2 of the 3 losses in the same season Well, if you go to mnsbc.com they have Nebraska and USC in the Holiday bowl. I would love to play Texas, USC, and OSU again. I might get two of those wishes. Quote Link to comment
FriscoTXHusker
I want us to play the best teams we can play. Even if we loose it gives us a much better idea of where we need to be and what we need to do to get there, i.e., if the fans don't get the coaches fired first. Quote Link to comment
BRS
It would suck to play Boise St. and lose. I don't care what conference they play in. It is hard as hell to go undefeated in this day and age. So I agree with the majority in that I would like to see us play a top program from a top conference. Quote Link to comment
