Washusker
Ok, let's delve into fantasy and think of some replacements for BC. You can nominate anyone, but I'm looking for young, energetic coaches who have never been head coaches before. I want new blood; someone with enthusiasm and swagger and a real desire to achieve. Here are a couple of choices: Will Muschamp - Def. Coordinator, Auburn. Steve Sarkisian - Off. Coordinator, USC. Brent Venables - Def. Coordinator, OU. I really could care less that they have no HC experience. Quote Link to comment
LAHusker
Any high school coach in Nebraska. Quote Link to comment
Bleeding Husker Red
how about BO? How about Marty Schottenheimer? Or Bill Parcels? If there's any chance.... Quote Link to comment
MCAT800
TURNER GILL!!!!!!!!!!! It's time we need some Husker tradition and passion again!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
strigori
TURNER GILL!!!!!!!!!!! It's time we need some Husker tradition and passion again!!!!!!! he has made progress at Buffalo already, and that is one of the most talent deprived programs out there. Quote Link to comment
NU fan in Denver
TURNER GILL!!!!!!!!!!! And they beat the beloved Solich's Ohio team tonight. I was disappointed in the choice that it had to be a "big name guy" Bo, turner weren't given a fart in the wind. Quote Link to comment

I guess that criteria rules out Art Shell. I vote for Eric Taylor, Dillon Panthers head coach. That guy motivates his ass off. Quote Link to comment
real'97champs
maybe we could just call up some coaches from the former XFL Quote Link to comment
Wharf Rat
I'd like to see somebody with NU roots or who at least understands and appreciates the program. Somebody that has some passion for NU and football in general. Someone that can fire up a team to play at 110%. Not another stoic, emotionless CEO that want to run things like an NFL franchise. gratefulhusker
Bo "mutha f'n" Pelini. You give him to opportunity to run this program, he'd be an idiot to turn it down. He's been here once, he'd come back. Assuming Pederson is gone. You have to ask yourself this, "Could it be any WORSE?" Welcome to PARITY, my friends. The rest of the season will be even more "interesting." Quote Link to comment
tattooedhusker
Someone that will bring in a f'ing defense!! Quote Link to comment
Redman
I doubt there is anyway Bo would ever come back here. SP pretty much severed that vein for good. Quote Link to comment
