husker76
I can't remember the last time we played a good team at NIGHT and won. When I saw the OU game was at 7:00 pm, I knew we were in trouble. Look at the history since 2004, we have been killed in each game. Texas Tech 70 Nebraska 10 Oct. 9, 2004 — 6:10 p.m. Southern Cal 28 Nebraska 10 Sept. 16, 2006 — 7:13 p.m Southern Cal 49 Nebraska 31 Sept. 16, 2007 — 7:13 p.m Missouri 41 Nebraska 6 Oct. 6, 2007 — 8:15 p.m Missouri 52 Nebraska 17 Oct. 4, 2008 — 8:10 p.m. Oklahoma 62 Nebraska 28 Nov. 1, 2008 — 7 p.m. Quote Link to comment

germanforbigred
man I hate them too cuz the game doesn't start till 2am on sunday. sucks to be in europe, at least when it comes to watching/listening to football games. I stayed up for the OU game and it was over after 5 minutes. But I didn't go to bed cuz I didn't want to miss one of the most amazing comebacks in Huskers history. Well, didn't happen but I'll be sitting here on saturday rooting for the Huskers. GBR!!! Quote Link to comment
DJR313
The 2005 Alamo Bowl was a night game, but I get your point. Quote Link to comment
skerfan1705
That's funny...because I think they were saying that the Huskers were 26-3 in Night Games at home.....so they were saying how it was an advantage.....then came the missouri game.... And when you work Sunday morning...the last thing I want to do is end the weekend on a Husker loss! ARGH! Quote Link to comment

jayhawk
Except in September, when at least in LAwrence it is often very hot, I hate night games too. Quote Link to comment
HuskerTrucker
I hate night games...too easy to get totally wasted waiting for them to start...and not enough time afterward to drown my sorrows or celebrate the victory.... Does that make me a football saturday alcoholic?? Quote Link to comment
junior4949
I always thought night games were awesome. Back when I was in college, the stadium would be a rocking come night time. We played KU in a night game when they were ranked in I believe the top 10. Totally blew them out of the water. The all time best though was the CU night game when it was raining. Does that make me a football saturday alcoholic?? I find myself drinking 11-12 beers on a Saturday and eating entire large pizza, I am beginning to think I have a problem. Does anyone else do this or am I alone here. Quote Link to comment

For some reason after a long day of drinking at about 6 pm i start to teleport from place to place with no recolection of what happened in between. I just chalked it up to being abducted by aliens. But i suppose it could be the copius amounts of hopps and barley. Quote Link to comment
