caveman99
Wow, already 270lbs? Sounds like a possible sign and move to DT to me. Quote Link to comment
we.are.husker.nation
I thought the 5% chance is right. That will increase big time if we can get him to visit. Quote Link to comment

Ohio Pete
Topics merged. Apparently J.R. = "Ego". Quote Link to comment
huzkerbob
Just looking at his favorites so far, it looks unlikely he will sign with a school in the mid west. But we still have plenty of time to change his mind. Wonder if picking up Ankrah this year might hurt us as well? Quote Link to comment
huskers1
I would think signing Ankrah could only help our chances. Quote Link to comment
Ohio Pete
Wonder if picking up Ankrah this year might hurt us as well? If a guy this good is worried about the depth chart... As huskers1 says, hopefully guys will want to come in and play on the opposite side of Ankrah. I think the coaches can really sell that offenses won't be able to consistently double team you cause of the other talent on the line. Quote Link to comment
robsker
I would think signing Ankrah could only help our chances. Ankrah has not yet qualified academically and is considered somewhat of a longshot to make the grades. Hopefully he makes it. That said, there is a reasonable chance, probably better than 50/50 that Ankrah will be at a JC next season. There is, of course, a difference between signing a player and the player actually showing up on campus. So.... we wait and see what happens. Quote Link to comment
