If he has no say in the Offensive side of the game then he isn't our coach and needs to check into that. Lee can't be our best QB week in and week out at practice, that is complete horseshite. After a season and a half I think it's safe to say that Pelini and this staff do not know how to fix the penalties and stupidity of this team.
