WCHusker
Don't worry we may march it down the field on the last drive for the win and then we will get a key hold, and then a perosnal foul, and then Cody will be inserted into the game and then he will throw a pick to seal the deal. "I am embroiled on ****erboard because those little bitch assed whiners cannot read ****ing english over. All I said was the CU looks at Nebraska as their rival, Nebraska looks to Oklahoma as theirs, and Oklahoma looks at Texas as theirs. Then the ****ing flood gate opens about how there is no rivalry with CU because it has to be both ways. However if you check out this site http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/foo...009/big12.html Oklahoma has 97.4% of their fans believe Texas is their rival, yet the nubskers still claim that only OU is their rival and yet it is not reciprocated, stupid fuskers." http://www.allbuffs.com/forums/showthread....1789&page=3 Quote Link to comment
dee_s3
Our O-line has been hurt and Zac lost his confidence.. The running game with a healthy Helu, will get us going again.. Also, we will be able to run the ball on Texas with a healthy Helu Quote Link to comment

husk3rf8n
This team needs to establish that it is for real, not only in our minds, but theirs. I can not believe some think this game is not important. We need this win for the confidence to play with Texas. We need this win to give this program a positive view in the publics eye. Recruiting on National TV. Losing this game, would be far more damaging than the Iowa State game. A loss to Colorado, would mean we really have not improved over the BC years in my mind. Losing to Iowa State was terrible, but losing to the other cellar dweller is even worse. It would reflect poorly on coaching, drive, dedication, importance of the program. This is a very big game. One that really says who we are or what we are. We lose this game, there will be more screaming than after some of BC's games. MUST WIN!!!! PERIOD. Could not have said it better!! Danimal
I'm a little nervous about Hawkins emptying the playbook against us. Good point in the article, if CU puts a 14 spot up early, it will be stressful watching our offense trying to match it. I know, I know, its Colorado, but still.... Hopfully the Blackshirts will not be sleepwalking into Dallas GBR Definitely have to be looking for fakes on ST's. That fake punt ISU got away with against us kept their td-drive going, turned out to be crucial. Gotta avoid turnovers on O. Can't see CU moving the rock much on us. If CU doesn't get any cheap points all the should have to score is like 17, which is quite do-able even for our O. Quote Link to comment

Sadly with our offense, CU stopping us under 17 (or even less) points is very do-able also. Quote Link to comment

BlackShirt1340
Colorado doesn't score more than 7 against our defense, wouldn't be surprised if they don't get more than 3. Mark it. Quote Link to comment

longtimefan
Okay, so here's my thought on the CU game and the Texas game. If we beat CU then we have gained some confidence or momentum going into the Texas game. However, if we lose to CU, then we lose some confidence and momentum. But Texas also gets big time overconfident that it will be a cakewalk game for them (which is good for NU. So either way the CU game goes, you can look for a silver lining. Quote Link to comment

No, there is no silver lining to losing to CU. None nada zilch We put our foot in their ass or else we limp into a slaughterhouse in Texas. Quote Link to comment
skersfan
We win this game or it is back to the drawing boards. NO silver lining to losing for what ever reason. MUST WIN Quote Link to comment
