Let Ankrah and Williams get some experience. Maybe it's just me, but it always seems like this staff always tries to bring players back from injuries way too soon. Anyway, he looked like he was in some serious pain when he went down. Good to hear it's nothing serious. Quote Link to comment

The one thing that sucks if it bad enough the joint becomes very easy to dislocate again. I have done mine 4 times while Racing BMX along time ago and some times when I stretch wrong it pops out a little. Quote Link to comment
